What is Fadas de Mel?
Fadas de Mel is an entrepreneurship that born and live in the Val de Barcala forests, where our effort and continuous work goes together with the hard work of pollination and honey production of our bees.
We look after our bees with great care and enthusiasm because we appreciate the fruit of their labour, a honey with all its properties, 100% natural and entirely handmade harvest.
Mimiya Ambroggio
Mimiya is a Vet and has a Master in Quality Management, Environment and Labor Risks Prevention.
Her university studies and continuous education in the apiculture sector, plus her personality makes her contribute to the company with an incessant flow of innovative ideas, an efficient cooperation mechanism and a non stop willingness of improvement.
Victoria Ambroggio
Victoria has a Bachelor in Business Administration.
She was the one who wrote the Business Plan, created the web page and keep our social networks alive.
She represents us in social events and courses.
She is responsible, self-demanding, with a proactive personality and wishes of market expansion.
